A shipping job description can include a variety of tasks, such as:
- Receiving and storing: Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting them for damage, and storing them.
- Packing and shipping: Packing goods for shipping, preparing shipment information, and assembling crates.
- Tracking and sending: Tracking orders, ensuring they arrive on time and to the right person, and sending them to customers.
- Documentation: Preparing invoices, bills, and other shipping documents. Candidates must have strong attention to detail.
- Loading and unloading: Managing the loading and unloading of products from trucks.
