Summary and Objective
The Network Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for representing flyExclusive to its charter broker customers including the support of charter services and providing an exceptional customer experience.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Perform day of communications & flight following activities for trips booked to provide exceptional communication and customer service to the charter broker
- Act as primary liaison between Network Sales & Flight Operations to assure information is relayed between the groups, and to the customers in a timely manner (e.g., delays, MX events).
- Assist in holding Network Sales accountable assuring all details of a trip are accounted for, and the proper people are informed. This includes catering, transportation, time changes, FBO changes & charges, time slots for airports, and special events.
- Acts as primary with Accounts Receivable functions to assure customer payments are received prior to departure
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
