• Safeguard confidential and sensitive information, demonstrating emotional intelligence to discern relevance and importance. Uphold the integrity of proprietary data, both internally and externally.
• Manage multiple active calendars concurrently, ensuring schedules are followed and respected. Adapt to fluid environments, adjusting calendars accordingly and removing logistical obstacles to allow executives to focus on strategic leadership.
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including accommodations, transportation, and itinerary creation. Anticipate travel needs, mitigate issues and collaborate with relevant resources to resolve concerns promptly. Ensure executive is properly briefed and has all necessary details and materials for meetings, presentations, etc.
• Interact professionally with executive management, internal and external partners, and community leaders. Meet and greet guests, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy.
• Evaluate and respond to or redirect inquiries, requests, and complaints from internal and external stakeholders. Monitor emails and correspondence, composing responses with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Take a lead role in planning and preparing meetings and events, including logistics, presentations, catering, and venue selection. Provide onsite support, proactively resolving unexpected concerns to ensure seamless executions.
