2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVE AREAS (MAXIMUM OF 10)
- Accountable for managing the Emirates Retail Store and EK World Experience, ensuring efficient operations, seamless execution of activities, and full alignment with Emirates’ retail standards.
- Drive a premium, hospitality-focused customer experience, creating a welcoming environment that enhances satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
- Build and sustain a high-performing sales culture by strengthening product knowledge and ensuring effective use of sales tools to maximise revenue.
- Lead, coach, and develop the retail team to deliver consistent service excellence through personalised customer interactions, accurate travel advice, attention to special requests, and precise booking management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Analyse store performance and sales reports to identify trends, develop action plans, and recommend initiatives to boost revenue and enhance service delivery.
- Maintain exceptional standards of store presentation and operational compliance with EK World brand guidelines, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the team’s image and uniform standards are maintained at the highest level, in strict accordance with the guidelines and manuals.
Position is based in Delhi , India
Knowledge/skills:
- A degree in Business, Retail or Hospitality is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and retail technology tools.
- Commercially minded with a customer-first approach.
- Committed to Emirates’ brand and service excellence.
- Exposure in setting and managing sales targets.
QualificationQualifications:
Degree or Honors ( 12+3 or equivalent )
Experience:
5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the retail, hospitality, or customer service industry.
Must have the right to live and work in India
