How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Global Sales Analytics & Performance (GSAP) team has standardized analytics delivery across the Global Sales Organization. Scope includes creating high-value Sales and commercial dashboards and fostering adoption through training and best practices institution-wide. This position will build, test, deploy, and iterate sustainable analytical solutions using a wide variety of technologies and tools to an ever-growing audience within Global Sales.Primary FunctionsIdentify opportunities to enhance or build tools for which no prototype exists and lead supervised Tableau development projects from initiation (requirements gathering) to close (dashboard delivery)Work with Sales Development, Sales Performance, B2B2C, Distribution, and Field Sales teams to understand use cases and create iterative plans to help shape the tools of the future to create a competitive advantage for Global SalesTransform manual tasks into repeatable processes that save time for analysts by improving the quality of analytical offerings available on Tableau ServerParticipate in Global Sales analytics adoption and enablement efforts to promote next generation of analytical tools for colleagues Effectively communicate complex technical terms to a non-technical audience

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) 2+ years of work experience in a technical and analytical capacityAdvanced Tableau development experience and strong understanding of product capabilitiesStrong foundational SQL knowledge (able to build multi-step ETL processes from scratch)Able to collaborate with others in a fast paced, complex environmentStrong organizational skills, uses efficient work processes to ensure quality and productivity of teamExcellent verbal and written skills with demonstrated experience in documenting processes and change management initiativesSome travel required.
