Reports To: Principal / Aircraft Manager

Position Overview:

Seeking a reliable and professional Private Bell 505 Pilot to operate a privately-owned aircraft for personal and family travel. This is a full-time or part-time role requiring a minimum of 300 flight hours and a strong commitment to safety, discretion, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the Bell 505 for personal/private flights
• Conduct pre- and post-flight checks, route planning, and weather evaluations
• Maintain a clean, airworthy, and mission-ready aircraft
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections with approved providers
• Ensure passenger comfort, safety, and confidentiality
• Maintain accurate flight records and logs

• Minimum 300 hours total helicopter time
• Valid Private or Commercial Pilot License (CPL-H preferred)
• Bell 505 type rating (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Current Class 1 or 2 Medical
• Strong communication, professionalism, and discretion
• Flexible availability, including weekends and short-notice trips
• Fluent in English

Preferred Experience:

• Previous Bell 505 flight experience
• Experience flying for private families or high-net-worth individuals
• Familiarity with Garmin G1000H or similar systems
• Local area knowledge for frequent destinations
