Position: Exterior Finisher / Painter
Type: Full-Time, Contract
Location: Tucson, AZ
Pay Rate: $34 – $40/hr
Role OverviewAs an Exterior Finisher / Painter, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every aircraft looks and performs at its best. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and safety of high-end business jets, shaping the visual and functional excellence that defines our client’s reputation in aviation.
Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPrepare aircraft surfaces and components for painting
Apply primer, topcoat, and final finishes
Polish and inspect surfaces to ensure flawless results
Install sealant and erosion tape
Document all work according to manuals and regulatory standards
Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures at all times
Qualifications1+ year painting experience (aviation, automotive, or marine)
Vocational training or equivalent experience
Pulmonary Function test clearance for respirator use
Basic PC skills and ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of hazardous materials handling
Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills

Pay Details: $34.00 to $40.00 per hour
