Workstation Support Analyst

Job Description:

DPP is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst for an opportunity in Charleston, SC.

Work arrangement:

Onsite in Charleston, SC.
W2 position; 12 months

Position summary:

The Workstation Support Analyst is responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardware.
Provides technical support and guidance to users.
Provide 2nd level desktop support to internal customers whether it be deskside or over the phone.
Respond to incident tickets where something no longer works that used to work as well as service requests involving installs, moves, adds, and changes to desktop hardware and software.
Responsible for asset management and security compliance of all desktop systems and print devices.
Support for Citrix/RDP access for users.
Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Some travel to Mt. Pleasant, SC.

About the team:

The Workstation Support Analyst will join a team of 7 onsite staff and 5 remote team members across various locations.
The team is highly collaborative, with a mix of senior and junior professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to internal users.
Provides support for Citrix/RDP configurations across the organization from the Charleston office.
Also supports two local sites in Charleston.
The team values responsiveness, technical excellence, and a strong commitment to user satisfaction.

Required technologies:

Windows environment with Microsoft M365, IBM BigFix, Trellix, Cisco AnyConnect, ServiceNow.

Nice to have:

Experience with asset management systems, NetScout network analyzer, support of A/V systems, Citrix support.

Minimum required work experience:

2 years of technical operations support experience

Required education/equivalency:

Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field;
OR, 2 years of job-related work experience.
