Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support of the Head of Quality Digital, his peers and team members in day to day activities, communication, documentation and implementation

• Support preparation, execution and follow up of workshops

• Documentation and communication (incl. G-Suite, Social Media)

• Support the development and execution of deployment and change management plans for specific digitalization & improvement projects

• Analysis of data, research of information, reporting

• Respond to internal customer demands

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student in the area of Industrial engineering/ management, data analytics, marketing and communications or an equivalent field of study.

• First practical experience in the field of Quality management and/or data analytics is desirable.

• Project management, Agile/ scrum

• Coding foundation incl. Google App script, HTML, Web design

• Familiarity with Graphic design and Office software for design of communication materials such as posters, leaflets, presentation slides, etc.

• Fluent in English
