Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in the operation of our air cargo facility. You will be responsible for managing express freight, organizing packages, and ensuring efficient movement of materials within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Break down express freight and rebuild into organized stacks on pallets.
- Move materials around the warehouse efficiently.
- Unload Unit Load Devices (ULDs) by releasing straps and removing packages.
- Use hand scanners to manage inventory and track packages.
- Stack boxes within larger boxes following specific procedures.
- Assist with moving materials using pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Load and unload trucks at the loading dock area.
Essential Skills- Experience in warehouse operations, sorting, and packaging.
- Proficiency with hand scanners and material handling.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Knowledge of air cargo and palletizing processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with skids, packaging materials, and ramp operations highly preferred.
- Must have original documentation to obtain a SIDA badge (e.g., US Passport or valid state ID).
- Eligibility for a SIDA badge is required.
- Must own steel-toed shoes.

Work Environment
Work is conducted inside an air cargo warehouse at Seatac Airport. The environment can be cold and wet due to open loading doors. Protective gloves are recommended for handling thick straps. Shifts are typically from 0300 to 1130 or 0500 to 1330, including weekends. Onsite parking is available, and steel-toed shoes are required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.17 - $23.17/hr.
