We are seeking diligent and organized Warehouse Associates to join our team at the Air Cargo Warehouse at Seatac Airport. The role involves managing express freight for Amazon Prime Air flights, primarily consisting of light packages for household consumers. This position requires individuals who can efficiently break down, organize, and move materials within the warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Break down express freight and rebuild it into organized stacks on pallets.
- Move materials around the warehouse, ensuring they are ready for shipping and receiving.
- Climb into large metal Unit Load Devices (ULDs) to remove packages.
- Use hand scanners for inventory and tracking purposes.
- Stack boxes within larger boxes according to a specific procedure.
- Unload ULDs by releasing straps and removing assorted boxes.
- Assist in moving materials to the loading dock area using pallet jacks or forklifts.
Essential Skills
- Experience in a warehouse setting, preferably 1+ years.
- Proficiency with hand scanners, skids, and packaging materials.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Material handling and general labor skills.
- Eligibility for a SIDA badge with original documentation (e.g., US Passport or foreign passport with I94).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ramp experience is highly preferred.
- Must have steel-toed boots.
- Flexibility with shift times, including working weekends.
- Comfortable working in potentially cold and wet conditions inside the warehouse.

Work Environment
Work is conducted inside an air cargo warehouse at Seatac Airport, which can be cold and wet due to open loading doors. Shifts include early morning hours from 0300 - 1130 or 0500 - 1330 over five consecutive days, often including weekends. Onsite parking is available, and steel-toed boots are required for safety.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.17 - $23.17/hr.
