RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wax die calibration including all required documentation
- Routine die and fixture maintenance
- Perform all required insert and integral spaning changes
- Special pin and/or insert changes including documentation for special
lots/Engineering trials
- Inject sample patterns after rework of tools for Engineering release
- Perform all preventative maintenance as scheduled
- Minor die and fixture repairs
- Calibration of wax wall template, chaplet templates, gages & fixtures, wax
assembly jigs, setter blocks, wax assembly heads
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be well organized
- Knowledge of use of height stand, micrometers, bridge gages a plus
- Some heavy lifting required
