YOUR ROLE AS A: TECHNICAL RECORDS OFFICER
Join Philippines AirAsia Inc. as a Technical Records Officer, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all aircraft technical documentation. Your work ensures compliance, supports safe operations, and strengthens AirAsia’s engineering excellence. You will be deeply involved in updating records, verifying maintenance data, and supporting the requirements for certificate renewals and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Champion
- Maintain accurate and complete data in the Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering System (AMOS).
- Ensure proper documentation for aircraft, engines, APU, landing gears, and major components.
- Address daily requests, inquiries, and problem-solving needs within the Engineering Department.
- Verify aircraft flying hours, cycles, and component data encoded by maintenance personnel.
- Organize and maintain archives for secure storage of all aircraft maintenance records.
- Ensure logbooks and documentation are complete and properly arranged for Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A) renewal.
- Keep completed work documents systematically filed for efficient retrieval.
- Prepare and update airframe, engine, and APU logbooks for new aircraft following established procedures.
- Update aircraft, engine, APU, landing gear, and component data from source documents such as check packages, EIs, and inspection cards.
- Monitor and update aircraft, engine, and APU hours and cycles.
- Ensure sufficient stock of aircraft technical forms, documents, and logbooks to support operational requirements.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology (AMT), Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance Technology or Aviation Engineering.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and documentation integrity.
- Skilled in organizing technical data and familiar with maintenance systems such as AMOS.
- Strong communicator who can coordinate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
- Capable of handling sensitive aviation documentation with confidentiality and precision.
