About Company
Delivering on its commitment to ‘Skill India’, Airbus has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with the Tata-owned Air India to launch a world-class pilot training center in Gurugram, Haryana. The JV Training Centre will offer A320 and A350 flight training to some 5,000 new pilots over 10 years and is due to be operational starting early 2025.
This joint venture, named as Airbus India training center (AITC) will be a strategically critical project for both organizations, with an ambition to form a world leading Aviation Academy in South Asia that could positively impact operations and safety standards of both Airbus and Air India operators in the region.

Job Description:
You will Instruct airline crews converting to Airbus on all operational and technical aspects for a specific type (or types) using:
You will give stand-up lectures in order to insure airline crews capability to carry out safely and correctly all normal and emergency procedures required by Airworthiness authorities so that the crew will achieve the required level of standard proficiency.
You will adhere to Airbus standard policy and standardization as required by Airbus Flight Training Operations.
You will instruct the crews within the defined time limits.
You will evaluate the crews’ progression.
You will decide, need be, on the necessity to give any extra session to achieve the level of proficiency.
Task & accountabilities :
You will be responsible for the following activities:
Instruct crews using the above mentioned training devices
Deliver if required (and after being indoctrinated) others specific courses ( ETOPS, performance..)
Need be, participate in courses development or in standardization instruction.
Required skills :
You have acquired 3000 hours of total flight time as pilot with minimum 1500 flight hours on multi-pilot aircraft (MPA).
You hold or have held an EASA and/or DGCA ATPL License.
You have or have held a type rating on Airbus aircraft is a plus.
A Synthetic Flight Instructor Authorization or experience as Instructor would be a plus.
A negotiation level of English is required for this position.
