Job Description:
Managing the warehousing, inventory planning & control and daily operations of Kobe warehouse
Managing stock provisioning and replenishment
Supporting and liaising with internal departments for matters related to Kobe stock level
Generate, monitor and analyze warehouse performance against the pre-defined targets via the Warehouse
Dashboard (stock level, missing parts, damaged parts…)
Suggests continuous improvement measures to optimize stock level and cost- and time-effective operations of
the warehouse.
Storing/issuing the parts to/from the shelves.
Oversees cycle count and Annual physical inventory (Planning, Previous arrangement, Stock data preparation,
inventory report, and aging depreciation )
Maintain metrics and analyze data for his/her perimeter to assess performance and implement improvements
[KPI analysis].
