• Perform structural repairs and modifications on aircraft and aircraft components

• Work with aluminum, steel, titanium, and composite materials

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

• Perform drilling, riveting, bonding, and fitting of structural assemblies

• Use precision measuring tools and hand/power tools

• Follow FAA regulations, quality standards, and safety procedures

• Document work performed and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of aircraft structures or sheet metal experience

• Experience with drilling, riveting, and structural assembly

• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings

• Familiarity with aircraft materials and fasteners

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on commercial or military aircraft

• Composite repair experience

• A&P license is a plus but not required
