About the role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operations of receiving / storing / issuing of materials in Food stores and General store and keeping the JDE system on-line with accuracy. Responsible for the organization of physical stock taking, controlling variances, updating expiry dates and informing concerned departments on items running close to expiry, and monitor the manpower and roster as per business needs. Impart through on the job training and supervise the overall hygiene and safe of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
To control and confirm JDE entries pertaining to the stores on real time basis and ensuring that JDE is kept on-line 24x7.
Physical stock taking — to distribute tasks over supervisors and take responsibility of minimizing stock variances. To assign supervisors and plan Receiving / Storing / Issuing of materials.
Control waste management by monitoring short life products, expiry dates, and slow moving items.
Control and sign off documents for proper material accounting.
Monitor adherence to Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure all operational processes and stores are carried out in efficient and safe manner as outline in respective document. Coordinating with internal users (production and try setup) to enhance processes
Regular update between purchase and demand planning team to ensure sufficient inventory to support customer orders.
Liaise with Purchase ensuring the smooth flow of goods [receipts/returns].
Responsible for controlling inventory stock levels keep the balance between costs and customers needs.
Monitor internal and external warehouse operations for smooth production runs at QACC.
Managers control wastage and quality as per the company polices.
Oversee that best practices are followed for Receiving, Storing and Issuing functions.
Ensures the systems are aligned with physical stock.
Communicate and liaise with 3PL to manage stock and inventory movements.
To take full charge of cycle count / submit monthly reconciliation / minimize variances.
Control waste management by monitoring short life, Slow and None — moving products.
Identity and escalate to management non-moving and slow moving items to avoid write offs.
To consolidate the overall stores staff roaster and leave plan in coordination with supervisors.
Responsible for staff trainings and performance as per the job requirement - to prepare and propose training programs for staff, mainly on Safety, security, CCP and Hygiene in order to develop staff motivation. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed be the Head of the Department.

Qualifications
An ideal candidate will meet below qualifications and experience:
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for the candidates with Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with 3 prior job-related work experience. High School Qualification/ Vocational Qualification/ Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.

Essential
Storekeeping and Microsoft Office knowledge.
Exposure in Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance.
Good knowledge of JDE (JD Edwards system) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) usage and able to identify the systems gaps.
Experience in QOSMOS system.
Good spoken and written English.
Good Communication skills.
Good knowledge of Stores and Receiving process. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
