Reports to the Assistant Manager – Passenger Services
The Shuttle Driver/Passenger Service Agent is responsible for:

• Positive customer service interactions.
• Handling of goods and materials, including the loading and unloading of goods.
• Driving a coach vehicle with passengers and freight.
• Load and unload goods/freight to be shipped and received.
• Inspect and verify shuttle vehicle is in good operating condition as per safety regulations.
• Following all traffic regulations.
• Operate company’s main switchboard line and direct calls as necessary;
• Receive and enter all flight reservations into system and ensure payments are taken and/or billed accurately.
• Check-in passengers and process their baggage.
• Escort passengers to and from the aircraft, assist passengers with disabilities.
• Perform any other duties as required.

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers’ license with clean driver’s abstract.
• Hold or ability to obtain a Class 3 license.
• A safety conscious individual who can work unsupervised.
• A background in professional driving and customer service, and;
• Strong communication skills, including being able to correspond clearly and precisely in English.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-manage timed projects and prioritize tasks appropriately.
• Must be organized and detail orientated.
• Experience with driving a passenger coach bus.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 25 kg.
• Ability to withstand working in the cold for extended periods of time.
• Sit/stand for over one hour time periods.
• Effectively manage stressful situations, people, and time constraints daily.
