Role Overview
Prevent equipment failures and respond proactively when they occur.
The Ideal Candidate
- Equipment failure response, diagnosis, and repair
- Prevention of equipment failure, implementation of preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance plans
- Disassembly, repair, replacement, and inventory management of equipment parts
- Record, report, and execute daily equipment maintenance content according to department requirements
- Cooperate with suppliers to complete outsourced work, supervise supplier services or construction, and always comply with GE supplier management requirements
- Responsible for equipment downtime and equipment stability and continuously improve
- Be familiar with the risk assessment RA of each work content, and carry out work within the scope of EHS requirements and regulations
- Equipment maintenance knowledge management, help the team establish an equipment database and skill matrix
- Cooperate with internal and external team members to complete work
- Comply with the companys rules and regulations, including but not limited to legal compliance, quality, production, environmental health and safety (EHS), human resources administration, lean production, etc.
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors or managers on time and provide timely feedback
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with bachelor degree or above, majors in mechanical automation and electrical automation are preferred;
- Have basic English reading and writing skills;
- Familiar with the assembly and disassembly methods of various mechanical structures, with strong hands-on ability;
- Familiar with various types of mechanical processing equipment
- Have the skills to use common mechanical tools, electrical tools and measuring instruments;
- Familiar with basic electrical control, understand PLC, and have basic electrical wiring skills;
- Able to accurately execute work instructions and methods under verbal guidance and written procedures;
- Able to accept multiple tasks at the same time and adjust the priority of execution of tasks at any time;
