Job Title: Pipe Fitter
Compensation: $33/hour and $125 per diem, working 50-60+ hours per week
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the area lead to ensure proper material call out and sizing for each project.
- Analyze drawings and specifications to plan fitter operations where procedural information might not be available.
- Continuously improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.
- Fit all sizes and piping on various small and large assemblies.
- Communicate effectively with management, engineering staff, and planners to achieve build efficiency.
- Modify, repair, assemble, and install rocket and spacecraft components.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- 3+ years of experience with fitting stainless pipe.
- Proficient in the use of bevelers, threaders, and other end prep machines.
- Working knowledge of pipe-fitting techniques and methods.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers and fractions rapidly and accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- NCCER certification as an industrial pipe fitter.
- 5+ years of experience with fitting stainless pipe in various sizes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cocoa, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
