Job Description:
Inputs: Operator & Customer Contract, Internal Requests (SLAs): The job-holder ensures the continuing airworthiness of the customer&39;s asset (CAMO) in compliance with EASA Part M and/or Part 145 & Fra 145 regulations. He/She ensures all maintenance is carried out on time and to approved standards, so as to ensure the Continuing Airworthiness Management of the asset. In addition, the team can support the asset remarketing activities along with upgrades and deliveries.
BASIC PURPOSE
Provide Maintenance Engineering and fleet management support activities (associated to EASA/EMAR Part M/CAMO scope) to manage and assure the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft of the A330 fleets that are necessary to get a safety operation with the highest level of fleet availability and lowest maintenance cost, always in compliance with the Customer&39;s National Regulation Authorities.
Support the customer in all Continuing Airworthiness activities.
Activities will be developed at Customer Facilities. (Madrid Centre).
May be requiered trips at other customer location
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES / MAJOR END RESULTS
Liaison with customer for continuing airworthiness activities and fleet management
- Control of Continuing airworthiness for Customer fleet
- Fleet availability and performance
- Maintenance scheduled economics and available performances
- Continuous improvement of Customer maintenance programme.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Perform the activities covering the scope of CAMO services department, including but not limited to:
- Development and update of the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP)
- Analysis of effectiveness of OMP and optimization processes as required
- Analyse Maintenance Status of aircraft in accordance with documentation provided by the customers and issue maintenance work orders as required to comply with all airworthiness requirements
- Analysis of all Engineering Documentation, ADs, SBs, VSBs, Modifications, Engineering Orders, SIL, AOT, etc. for all ATA), in order to be implemented in the customer fleet. For optional works (SBs, Mods) he/she is responsible to perform cost/benefit analysis (cost, maintenance improvements, operational improvements) and report to the Customer. Also to provide an aircraft status for SBs, Mods configuration control.
- Monitor of the reliability of aircraft systems and components of the customer fleet, performing all the required activities to issue the operator reliability reports and participation and supporting reliability meetings with the customer. He/She shall liaise with other members of the Technical Services team (Core and local) and the suppliers/OEM organisations and oversee the reliability programme.
- Provide Long, Mid and/or Short Term Planning of maintenance projects for any Customers which contract CAMO service.
- Ensure aircraft configuration control and update changes affecting the A/Cs managed
- Ensure Technical Records are controlled and registered as required in the specified IT tool as per CAMO SP contracts in place.
- Support the internal or external customers in any topic related to Continuing Airworthiness (queries solving, procedures development, etc.)
- Prepare Customers Engineering Orders or Job Cards in order to execute SBs, VSBs, Mods, etc
- Support to Airworthiness Review and aircraft acceptances and transitions.
- Support Airbus DS or Customer local teams in relation to any Technical Query associated with the ATAs analysed.
- Development and update procedures and formats to comply with EASA/EMAR Part CAMO/Part M regulation.
- Liaison with customer
- Support the CAMO Services SP department in regards to the A330 activities described above.
- Availability to work away at Customer Base up to 6 months/year.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Studies in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
- English: negotiation level.
