Tasks
From now on or for the coming summer semester you can expect the following tasks for 6 months:
- Assumption of administrative and organizational tasks
- Further development and support of processes for LAT Germany GmbH
- Support in application management including independent coordination of appointments and interviews
- Support in various projects as well as in the day-to-day business of personnel support
- Research on labor law and personnel policy issues
- Creation and preparation of documents and presentations

Requirements
You are a team player and have impressive communication skills. In addition to an appreciative approach to colleagues, you bring:
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
- Degree in business administration, economics, psychology or law with a focus on human resources or comparable knowledge acquired during your studiesInitial experience through internships or working student activities desirable
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Quick comprehension and commitment
- Creative way of thinking and enjoy conceptualization
