HVAC Lead

Job Description:

HVAC Lead- "W-TRS" Fort Irwin, California N.T..C

This is a CBA Role ; Effective rate of pay for July 1 2024 to July 1 2025 is $43.79

Job Summary:

*Manages and supervises a team of HVAC technicians. Responsible for work assignments and providing oversite and high-level support for other team members.

*Maintains and repairs HVAC systems to ensure various machines operate efficiently and reliably.

*Employs a blend of technical expertise and precision to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.

*Utilizes specialized equipment to identify faulty components and install replacement parts.

*Conduct regular system maintenance to optimize airflow and distribution.

*Cleans ventilation ducts, coils, air handling units, condensation lines, and maintains system efficiency, and prevents major breakdowns.

*Responsible for maintaining systems on cantonment and in the NTC Training Area.

*Inputs all maintenance activities into Maximo work orders for tracking of labor, hardware and materials.

*Reviews lower level technicians work order input for proper reporting and accuracy.

*May be required to obtain a Secret Level Clearance.
