Job Description:
- Manages new hires Onboarding (new joiner kit, document collection to be shared with C&B, buddy identification, Day-1 briefing).
- Focal point and manage end-to-end applications of work permit, professional visit pass and any related pass applications for foreign employees, visitor, student, etc.
- Processes overtime calculation and assists in providing accurate payroll input data every month to HRBP before submission of payroll input report to Compensation & Benefits team.
