Als Field Service Technician krijg je de kans om een sleutelrol te spelen in het waarborgen van de veiligheid van onze klanten. Je focus ligt op toegangscontrole, CCTV-installaties en de platforms waarop deze technologie draait. Met jouw expertise los je technische problemen op en voer je interventies uit bij storingen, terwijl je ook verantwoordelijk bent voor preventief en predictief onderhoud.

Wat je gaat doen:

Expertise in actie: Je voert onsite preventief en correctief onderhoud uit met een nadruk op security.

Technische ondersteuning: Samenwerken met ons Technical Assistance Center om zowel hardware als software te ondersteunen en te optimaliseren.

Dagelijkse serviceverlening: Je verzorgt kalibraties, diagnosticeert problemen en voert reparaties uit, allemaal met oog voor detail.

Proactieve aanpak: Je rapporteert mogelijke toekomstige storingen en afwijkingen en biedt waardevolle suggesties voor verbetering.

Documentatie en procedures: Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt site-specifieke documentatie en procedures, zodat alles soepel verloopt.

Testen en valideren: Je voert systeemtesten en software-upgrades uit, na validatie op ons testsysteem of in de labomgeving.

Klantcommunicatie: Je onderhoudt een uitstekende communicatie met onze klanten op dagelijkse basis, waardoor je hun vertrouwen wint.

Wat wij van jou verwachten:

Opleiding: Technisch onderwijs, bij voorkeur een Bachelor in Elektromechanica/ICT/Elektronica

IT- en netwerkinzicht: Interesse en/of ervaring in IT/netwerk.

Ervaring: Professionele ervaring met Security installaties is een plus, maar we staan ook open voor junior profielen.

Resultaatgericht: Je hebt een gezonde werkdrive en bent gefocust op het behalen van resultaten.

Probleemoplossend vermogen: Je bent een troubleshooting-expert met een sterk analytisch denkvermogen.

Communicatie: Je hebt solide schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden.

Continu verbeteren: Je hebt een passie voor het implementeren van continue verbeterprocessen.

Talen: Vloeiend Nederlands en goede beheersing van het Engels.

Klantenservice ervaring: Dit is een pluspunt.

Rijbewijs: Een geldig rijbewijs is vereist.

Are you a passionate technician in the security sector who excels in installing, maintaining, and repairing innovative security systems? As a Field Service Technician, youll have the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the safety of our customers. Your focus will be on access control, CCTV installations, and the platforms on which these technologies run. With your expertise, youll solve technical problems and perform interventions in the event of malfunctions, while also being responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance.

What youll do:

Expertise in action: Youll perform on-site preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on security.

Technical support: Youll collaborate with our Technical Assistance Center to support and optimize both hardware and software.

Daily service provision: Youll perform calibrations, diagnose problems, and carry out repairs, all with an eye for detail.

Proactive approach: Youll report potential future malfunctions and anomalies and offer valuable suggestions for improvement.

Documentation and Procedures: You develop and maintain site-specific documentation and procedures to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Testing and Validation: You perform system tests and software upgrades after validation on our test system or in the lab environment.

Customer Communication: You maintain excellent communication with our customers on a daily basis, thereby gaining their trust.

What we expect from you:

Education: Technical education, preferably a Bachelors degree in Electromechanics/ICT/Electronics

IT and Network Awareness: Interest in and/or experience with IT/networks.

Experience: Professional experience with security installations is a plus, but we are also open to junior positions.

Result-Oriented: You have a strong work ethic and are focused on achieving results.

Problem-solving skills: You are a troubleshooting expert with strong analytical skills.

Communication: You have solid written and verbal communication skills.

Languages: Fluent in Dutch and a good command of English.

Customer service experience: This is a plus.
