As a Data Scientist - Commercial Analytics, you will deliver actionable insights and innovative solutions that influence major business decisions. You will work on exciting projects involving machine learning, big data, and advanced statistical modeling, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

• Translate unstructured business questions into quantitative problems
• Provide advanced analytics support including machine learning, big data, and statistical modeling across multiple functional areas
• Advise on appropriate analytical models based on available data, technology, and platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to implement solutions
• Evaluate machine learning algorithms and models, providing technical recommendations for decision making
• Prototype and optimize advanced analytics and machine learning solutions iteratively
• Monitor data science product performance and initiate corrective actions when needed
• Partner with IT to productionalize machine learning models
• Anticipate needs and lead implementation of new capabilities, technologies, and partnerships
• Drive knowledge sharing and foster a data-driven culture across the organization

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in data science with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to recommend algorithms and methodologies for complex problem-solving
• Proficiency in Python and AWS cloud stack is essential
• Knowledge of Spark, R, Hive, Hadoop, SQL and data visualization tools such as QlikView or PowerBI is an advantage
• Experience in productionalizing analytics solutions is desirable
• Solid understanding of database concepts, data modeling and business intelligence practices
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate ideas to stakeholders at all levels
• Passion for AI, innovation and uncovering business value through data-driven solutions
