Crew Control Student 

Based in BUD - Office 

Purpose of the position:

The Crew Control Student will report to the Crew Control Manager and will play an essential role in supporting the Crew Control team. The position offers hands-on experience in the dynamic operational environment of airline crew management.

Responsibilities:

• Keep departure times up-to-date with Air Traffic Control;
• Follow up on crew sick leave reports
• Notify crew members about actual operational changes
• Perform support tasks as required by the Senior on shift
• Support cross-functional projects and cooperate with multiple departments (Crew Control, Crew Planning, Cabin and Flight Operations, Training, Human Resources)
• Assist in ensuring compliance with duty and flight time limitations and Fatigue Risk Management regulations

Requirements:

• Active student status at a Hungarian university
• Proficiency in English
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word)
• Ability to work in 12-hour rotation (7:00-19:00, 19:00-7:00) including weekends and holidays, maximum 3-4 shifts/week
• Strong team player with good communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently
• Flexible, adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
