The Cable Harness Assembler will perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools and electric tooling. The role requires precise adherence to procedures and standards to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Perform wire cutting, twisting, crimping, soldering, splicing, and inserting operations.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Assemble wiring harnesses and ensure proper routing and securing within vehicle assemblies according to engineering documentation.
• Conduct electrical continuity tests and inspections to identify and resolve issues.

• Experience in cable and assembly processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a 6 month Contract to Hire position based out of Van Nuys, California.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
