Position Title: Associate - Crew Communication

Function: IOCC Location: HQ Gurgaon
Job Purpose To be responsible for effective communication across various stakeholders such as Operating Crew, Flt Ops, Cabin Crew division, AOD, CJM, Hotac etc. involved in aviation operations. Key Accountabilities: -
• Facilitate clear and concise communication between the OCC and other departments (e.g., flight operations, ground operations, maintenance, and customer service).
• Ensure that critical information such as APIS is transmitted in a timely and effective manner to all border agencies.
• Address queries and provide timely responses to crew members regarding rostering and duty assignments.
• Address any queries or concerns raised by crew members regarding roster changes or assignments promptly and professionally.
• Crosschecking crew scheduled for US flights with MCL and sending TSA mails to all US stations in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinating with MCC staff for their movement to send their APIS on time.
• Clearing Crew passport details on Australian portal before their first travel to Australia.
• Ensuring all communication related to Crew movement, delays are informed to all stakeholders.

• Crew Coordination: Direct communication and coordination with cabin and cockpit crew to address queries and ensure smooth operations
• Team Collaboration: Responsible for managing crew communications in alignment with team objectives
• Reporting Structure: This role will be reported directly to the Team Lead
Educational and Experience Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree will be required for the role
Desirable
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in airline operations, with a focus on crew management, along with proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills.
