Position Summary

Provides order and logistics support for Afterspanet Services.  Includes parts ordering and expediting, field technician selection, and event coordination. Event and communication details are captured in our database to maximize service event LTR and business profit.   

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Enters sales order in the MSS business system for parts and expediting as required.
  • Accepts service order requests from Afterspanet Sales (billable) and Technical Support (warranty).
  • Selects field technician for the event based on skill, geography, availability, customer preference, and cost.
  • Documents end to end details in our database to ensure centralized communication and robust historical archive of activities.
  • Effectively communicates with customer and service providers to ensure efficient and profitable execution of the field service event, exceeding customer expectations and maximizing our LTR (customer loyalty).
  • Obtains field service reports from technicians, audits for accuracy, invoices customer.
  • Receives invoices from service providers, verifies value against work provided, submits payment request for approvals and submits to accounting.
  • Submits PO requests for service providers as needed.
  • Develops and maintains technical knowledge of afterspanet products and services.
  • Documents support activities into the database providing accurate historical recordkeeping.
  • Collaborate with Afterspanet Services Sales Specialist and others to improve overall Sales Growth and maximize First Event Resolution and identifying/refining operational processes.
  • Review and collaborate on/create standard work for various processes in the department.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:• High School Diploma required, or Associate degree is preferred.• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal required.  • Proficiency with MS Office suite required.• 2+ years of direct experience in a call center or event scheduling environment is preferred.  • Experience with air/liquid filtration and/or gas generation products is preferred.• Experience with FileMaker Pro is preferred.Desired Traits and Experience:

Closing Statement

The pay for this job ranges from $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience.
