* Experience operating forklifts
* Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings
* Ability to work onsite full-time
* Ability to work first shift hours
* Eligibility to meet US export compliance requirements

* Experience supporting tooling fabrication and assembly processes
* Experience supporting manufacturing operations Job Duties & Functions
* Perform routine tool setup activities and minor tool repairs
* Manufacture, assemble, and fabricate tools and fixtures
* Operate factory support equipment to move materials and tools as required
* Provide tooling support to other organizations
* Assist in determining fabrication and assembly processes for tooling design
* Assist in reverse engineering design and fabrication processes for parts
* Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure tooling readiness
* Use staging tools and forklifts to move equipment and tooling
* Follow tooling instructions and blueprint requirements to ensure proper tool usage Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to lift tools weighing up to 35 pounds
* Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment
