About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting injection and compression machines. Your work will directly contribute to the production of critical components used across global industries. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor.
What You’ll Do
Monitor machinery to ensure smooth and consistent production
Operate injection and compression machines for electrical safety products
Perform visual inspections and hand-trim parts to meet quality standards
Use measurement tools to verify product specifications
Troubleshoot machine issues and assist with routine maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety and efficiency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Key Qualifications
You Must Have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery
Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
