OnsiteAs the Systems Integration, System Analysis Manager, you’ll be stepping into a leadership role where your expertise in system development and strategic vision in driving a team of talented engineers will directly impact the design, development, integration, and verification of Environmental & Airframe Control Systems. Based in Windsor Locks, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a skilled team of systems engineers in a dynamic, high-impact environment where innovation and excellence are the goal.
Your leadership will be critical to driving the performance analysis team in successful execution of system development utilizing model-based design. You’ll provide the technical guidance and ensure that performance analysis is performed efficiently and is accurate leading to flawless system performance across the operating environment including abnormal operational modes. Your role will require a sharp focus on maintaining alignment with industry and company design standards, while also ensuring that that the system analysis team assignments execute efficiently meeting performance, schedule, and cost targets.

Collaborate with value stream and chief engineers to strategically align programs with the proper resources, ensuring teams are empowered, well-supported, and positioned to drive transformational results.
Lead non-advocate and system design reviews, shaping the future of the program by providing critical insights that enhance design integrity, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with the broader vision.
Drive continuous improvement of systems engineering processes, championing a mindset of agility, innovation, and optimization that enables the team to adapt and thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
Lead the execution of programs within approved budget and schedule, not just meeting targets, but transforming how the organization delivers value by ensuring efficiency, quality, and high performance across all phases with a critical eye on system and component reliability.
Drive technical challenges to resolution, leading with a solutions-focused mindset to remove obstacles, inspire the team, and create breakthroughs that keep the program moving forward and transform technical limitations into opportunities.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience leading large, cross-functional teams to drive results in complex systems integration projects, with a focus on both achieving successful outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous learning, talent development, and improvement.
Knowledgeable in Aerospace certification requirements and guidelines, including ARP4754, DO178, and DO254, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory agencies.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
