Description: You will be the Subcontract Manager Senior for the Advanced Threat Warning System Supply Chain Team. Our team drives the delivery of critical hardware components, collaborating with stakeholders to meet customer expectations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Manager Senior, you will lead the management of supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts. You will drive the development of subcontract specifications and lead multifunctional teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts
•Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams
•Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions
•Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders conferences, and evaluate proposals
•Negotiate subcontract provisions and administer resulting subcontracts

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

• Truth in Negotiations (TINA) experience
• SAP / Procure to Pay (P2P) experience
• IPT / SMT leadership experience
• Ability to work autonomously as necessary with reduced oversight
• Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results
• Cross-functional Knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering as they relate to subcontract management
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
