* Valid Driver’s License
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent, Post-secondary education or training in aircraft maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft structural repair
* Previous supervisory or lead experience in an aircraft structures environment
* Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, structural repair techniques, and corrosion control
* Ability to interpret and apply knowledge from blueprints, SRMs, engineering drawings, and technical manuals
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Able to work variable shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
* Ability to organize and plan work to meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills required
* Willingness to work at both the Marana, AZ, and Tucson, AZ locations as business needs dictate
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Experience in an MRO or heavy maintenance environment Job Duties & Functions
* Supervise aircraft structural maintenance, repair, modification, and fabrication activities performed by structures technicians
* Ensure all structural work is completed in accordance with FAA regulations, engineering drawings, SRMs, OEM manuals, and company procedures
* Oversee sheet metal repairs, composite repairs, corrosion control, and structural modifications
* Review work packages, task cards, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance
* Provide technical guidance on aircraft structural damage evaluation and repair procedures
* Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Planning, and Production Control to support workflow and aircraft delivery schedules
* Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and job progress to ensure on-time completion of maintenance events
* Enforce safety standards, tool control procedures, and FOD prevention programs
* Inspect completed structural work to ensure quality and regulatory compliance prior to inspection sign-off
* Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex structural discrepancies
* Ensure proper use of tooling, equipment, and materials in structural repair operations
* Conduct shift briefings, turnover meetings, and communicate production status updates to management
* Mentor and train structures technicians to improve skill levels and technical proficiency
* Assist in hiring, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions for structural team members
* Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company training requirements Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required
* Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
* Ability to work at heights and on maintenance stands or platforms
* Exposure to loud noise chemicals fumes, and industrial aircraft environments
* Must be able to wear the required personal protective equipment
