Shop Manager

Job Description:

Direct and oversee daily maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations for military aircraft components and systems, ensuring alignment with production targets, resource allocation, and operational priorities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary technical workforce, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety, compliance, and quality.
Ensure full compliance with applicable military airworthiness standards and regulatory requirements, including FAA/EASA, UK, and relevant defense authority regulations; support internal, external, and customer audits.
Serve as the senior technical authority within the shop, providing expert guidance on complex troubleshooting.
Lead the development and implementation of new repair capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

U.S Citizen
Minimum of 8 years' experience in aerospace MRO operations.
Proven experience leading technical teams.
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
A&P License preferred.
Experience with military aircraft or defense programs.
Experience working with ISO/AS 9110 standards prefered.
