What you’ll need to bring with you:
Your Education
A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
A&P license is recommended but not required.
A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory. Aircraft-specific factory training is preferred.
Your Experience
5+ years of prior experience working in corporate aircraft maintenance is recommended.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products required
Actual work experience must include troubleshooting, use of specialized tools, ground support equipment, and the use of aircraft maintenance manuals, parts catalogs, technical reports, and forms
Experience supervising two or more line maintenance technicians

Your Sense of Responsibility:
Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments.
Notify the supervisor in advance of the shift starting if unable to work.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work every day.
Must perform all work by Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
Follow all company and safety rules during the performance of duties.
Maintain customer-oriented work habits.
Direct the work and flow of multiple projects.
Supervision of team members in daily operations and duties.
Attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality of work
Other Particulars:
Physical Requirements
Lift at least 70 lbs.
Routine walking, bending and squatting, or sitting.
Routing or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands.
Personal computer operations on Apple and Microsoft products, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel spreadsheets
Work on elevated platforms (up to 40 feet in the air) using fall protection safety gear
Mental Requirements
Understanding and implementation of regulations and guidelines.
Troubleshoot or evaluate system operation.
Professionally work with others.
Coordinate projects.
Team management skills.
Working Conditions
The majority of work will be accomplished in a hangar environment, which can include very hot or very cold temperatures.
Work outside during aircraft runs will occur.
Varied positions in and around the aircraft.
