Job Description:
Summary
Full management accountability for the Light Transport Aircrafts Services contracts, delivering the contracted products and services on time, on cost and on quality assuring Customer satisfaction and sustainable business. This includes support services for Thailand fleet and the Indonesian fleet, the biggest C295 fleet in the Asia Pacific region.
Develop and apply Transport and Mission Derivatives Services programme (TASL) strategy and business plans in the region, together with International and Sales.
TASL Programmes front face leading the implementation of industrial strategy in the countries for C295 and CN235 support with selected industrial partners (TAI and PTDI). Key to assure future sustainable business.
Responsibilities
Deliver contracted projects, products, solutions and services on time, on cost and on quality
Lead and become primary interface with the respective Customer, assuring Customer satisfaction
Ensure P/L, revenues, cash flow and support to Order Intake
Identify and anticipate R&O using ARM tool, defining impact on cost, time and defining mitigating actions
Lead the programme MFT organization, including Services Center of Competences (Material Services, training, engineering services…), operations, procurement, finance, quality and Commercial and contracts
Lead implementation of complex and high demanding local industrial cooperation projects (TAI)
Management and programme interface of local partners such as PTDI
Lead and consolidate the services offers according to transport and mission aircraft principles: definition of statement of work, architecture, profit and loss and minimum price to be paid during the services offer preparation.
Assure Entry Into Service (EIS) of any new fleet delivered
Representation of TASL1 International Services Programme in the region in front of Customers and other stakeholders.
Ensure Regulatory and Export Control compliance when dealing with classified equipment and information by all the stakeholders, in close collaboration with the Industrial Security and Export Control Departments.
Support Services Business Growth to develop new business with existing (up-selling) and new customers
Support to services offer preparation to the opportunities proposed/created by commercial area
Definition of statement of work, architecture during the services offer preparation
Integration amongst all Centres of Competence for correct costing and definition of scope
Help to define industrial local strategy to support contracts
Providing insight into and data on existing customer to develop new services proposals
Support Industrial Cooperation and Partnership (IPP) defining new support options and opportunities
Support International to extend Air Power business unit footprint in the region.
Personal & Interpersonal Skills
University degree in Engineering
Vast experience (around 10 years) in Customer Services
Previous knowledge of Transport and Mission platforms
Deep knowledge on Programme Management, including Airbus internal certification (Bronze Level). PMI desired
Knowledge of PM Maturity gates, R&O process including ARM tool
Spanish and English required
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, different Customers in several countries
Experience with international Customers
Team oriented. Leadership skills and ability to manage (without hierarchy dependency) a diverse work team towards the accomplishment of common goals in a stressful environment
Motivated to face complex projects in highly demanding environment
