The Senior Manager of Hospitality Operations duty is to ensure that the hospitality department is standardized, provides a consistent product and operates from facilities that allow for the customer to experience the JSX product at its highest level.

Fine Print:
- Serve as the primary liaison, ensuring continuous and transparent communication with leadership and the Marketing team, keeping the VP of Hospitality informed of all critical issues and updates.
- Partner effectively with all support departments to enhance operational efficiency and cohesion across departments.
- Advise leadership on financial planning, budgeting, and operational policy matters to optimize resources and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee assessments of customer satisfaction related to facilities, products, and onboard/lounges, etc. and evaluate performance, and make necessary adjustments to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor quality results, evaluate processes, redesign workflows, and implement necessary changes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Set and monitor staff goals, assign responsibilities, establish priorities, and conduct annual performance reviews. Support and mentor staff through a collaborative approach, establishing clear expectations and fostering growth.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring controls are consistently maintained via WASP, coordinating with the inventory specialist, finance, and supervisors for optimal stock and equipment levels.
- Engage with vendors and customers on a weekly basis to ensure alignment on core activities, operational standards, and outcome achievement.
- Responsible for procurement and RFP process as needed for hospitality supply items.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior management role within the hospitality and/or aviation industry required.
Pay & Perks:
Compensation range is $80,000- $90,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
