A. Job Purpose
The Design Creative Lead is responsible for shaping and evolving the brand’s visual identity, design language, and creative expression across all content and campaign touchpoints. This role blends hands-on design craft with creative leadership, ensuring the highest standards of visual storytelling, consistency, and innovation. Partnering closely with copy leads, strategists, content producers, and social teams, the Design Creative Lead drives integrated creative concepts that inspire, engage, and deliver business impact across global spanets.B. Key Accountabilities
Creative & Design Leadership• Define and champion the brand’s global visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and spanets.
• Lead the conceptualization and design of multi-channel campaigns, digital content, social media assets, brand experiences, and internal communications.
• Partner with the Copy Creative Lead to develop integrated ideas that combine powerful visuals with compelling narratives.
• Ensure all design outputs are aligned with brand strategy, audience insights, and business goals.
• Elevate the creative standard by pushing for innovation in visual storytelling, formats, and technologies.Brand Identity & Governance• Evolve and maintain the brand’s design systems, toolkits, and style guides.
• Ensure visual consistency across global, regional, and local executions.
• Develop scalable templates and frameworks for use by in-house teams and external agencies.
• Act as a brand guardian, balancing creative innovation with adherence to core identity principles.Digital & Social Media Focus• Create visually compelling, platform-native assets for social and digital channels.
• Partner with social media teams to explore new design formats such as short-form video graphics, AR filters, interactive assets, and motion graphics.
• Ensure design solutions are optimized for performance, engagement, and accessibility.
• Stay ahead of design and digital trends, applying emerging visual styles and technologies where relevant.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
• Collaborate with strategists, spaneters, content creators, and product teams to deliver holistic creative solutions.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure quality execution across print, digital, video, and experiential formats.
• Present creative concepts and design systems to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.
• Partner with external agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors as needed.Team Leadership & Mentorship• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, motion artists, and visual storytellers.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing creative culture.
• Encourage experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning within the design team.
• Provide feedback and guidance to help team members grow in craft and strategic thinkingC. Skills/Qualities RequiredStrong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful visual design. Experience with motion graphics, video graphics, and interactive design preferred.
Expert knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion design tools). Deep understanding of digital and social-first design principles.
Ability to balance creativity with strategic business and brand objectives. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing design teams or projects. Culturally attuned, with a passion for design trends and innovation.
