Transformation Program Oversight

• Monitor and track progress of multiple projects led by other project managers.

• Ensure governance standards are applied across all initiatives.

• Consolidate project performance metrics and report on overall transformation success.

Executive Support & Coordination

• Prepare Steering Committee materials, decision papers, and executive presentations.

• Follow up on action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely execution.

• Act as a liaison between leadership and project teams to maintain alignment.

Change Management & Communication

• Support planning and execution of change communication strategies.

• Coordinate messaging and engagement activities to ensure smooth adoption of transformation initiatives.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and drive cultural alignment.

Project Management Activities

• Manage selected projects directly (approx. 40 of the role).

• Apply project management methodologies to deliver on time, within scope, and budget.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain accurate documentation: dashboards, variance reports, risk logs, and lessons learned.

• Provide consolidated reporting for leadership, including KPIs and progress against transformation objectives.

• University degree or equivalent.

• 5+ years of experience in project management or program coordination.

• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and monitor complex programs.

• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.

• Background in IT or airline industry solutions is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to influence and follow through.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Formal PM training (PMP or Prince2 preferred but not mandatory).
