In order to be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Work experience in a PMO or Strategic planning: 8+ Years.
- Degree or Honours (12+3)
- Professional qualification in Project Management is highly desirable (PRINCE2, APM, CAPM, Six Sigma, PMP etc).
- Demonstrated experience managing large cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Projects/Primavera, etc.
You'll have an edge if you have:
- Demonstrable exposure to large scale projects within aviation, supply chain, facilities, or transport.
- Exposure to ORAT (operational readiness and transition) projects of scale and complexity is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Commercial and financial acumen, strong negotiation and influencing skills are required.
- Demonstrable exposure to: a. Project management b. Change implementation planning and management c. Facilities Development Management d. Project Management tools e. Business analysis.
