This position reports to the Chief Information Technology Officer in Raunheim.

- Plan and lead projects from concept to further development of information systems, managing resources; ensuring project execution regarding content, timelines and budget
- Analyze, describe, optimize, and redesign complex internal and external business processes
- Advise and support departments on IT topics; accompany department-specific IT projects and transition them into operations
- Manage change management processes
- Create business plans and roadmaps

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional ideally with the following profile:
- Completed university degree relevant to the role or equivalent qualifications through relevant training and professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects, with professional knowledge of project management metholodogies and supporting change processes in an international environment
- PMP or similar certification, or equivalent proof of project management qualifications is desirable
- In-depth knowledge of project management methods desirable (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum)
- Proficient in using project management software - please offer examples in your motivational letter (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
