Raytheon - Advance Product Solutions (APS) is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to support efforts within the Electro-Optic Infrared Solutions (EOIR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).
This role is visible to the EO/IR Systems and Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) leadership as this is one of the core products/programs that drive success all the way up to the Strategic Business Unit level.
What You Will Do
Implement plans, processes, and business goals
Manage costs and schedules; develop proposals and estimates
Participate in recurring customer telecoms, Program Management Reviews and Technical Interface Meetings
Interface with the program team to attain contractual requirements while remaining on time and within budget
Work with the Program Management Office and Functional leads to implement and drive closure of corrective actions
Manage program execution cadence (battle rhythm) to include stand-up meetings, risk review boards, program management reviews, failure review boards, configuration control boards, etc
Deploy disciplined program management best practices, processes, and resources to achieve successful execution of program requirements
Travel, as required, to participate in domestic business engagements
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelors degree and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience (in program and/or project management, cost account management, finance, integrated product team, etc)
Experience supporting cross-functional teams (such as project management, Material Program Management, Control Account Management, or Integrated Product Team Lead)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
Experience using one or more of the following tools: Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Risk and Opportunity Management, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) etc
Qualifications We Prefer
Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Effective intrapersonal skills, especially in team building and customer relationships
PM Level 6 certification within 12 months of onboarding
Electro-Optic Infrared Solutions (EO/IR) experience
Effective communication, dedicated work ethic, willingness to learn on the job, and commit to being an active team participant in a customer focused culture

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
