You will be the Product Senior Manager for the PAC-3 program at Missiles and Fire Control - Camden Operations. Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a recognized designer, developer, and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC develops, manufactures, and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA, and dozens of foreign allies.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Product Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing all quality, schedule, and cost targets associated with the PAC-3 programs production activities in Camden. Your responsibilities will include:
•Managing a matrixed production support staff
•Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet contractual commitments
•Resolving manufacturing issues
•Managing program budgets (EVM),
•Coordinating with Safety, Security, PP&C, Global Supply Chain, and IT to ensure successful builds that meet contractual timelines
•Representing the partnership between the PAC-3 program office and the Camden facility

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Bachelors Degree
Proven Leadership Skills
Proven program management skills
Proven cost control and budgeting skills
Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Builds effective teams committed to program and organizational goals
Understands financial impacts of decisions and actions of the team
Ability to obtain a Secret DoD security clearance
Desired Skills:
Previous experience with an Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and/or Precision Fires program
Experience with supporting internal and external customers
Manufacturing experience
LSS Green or Black belt certified
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
