Hiring an experienced Order Management Coordinator for a Start Up Drone Company in Hayward, Ca!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales order flow, ensuring orders are accurately queued, updated, and communicated to fulfillment.
- Coordinate between production planners and the fulfillment team to relay order changes, additions, and priority updates.
- Monitor order queues to prevent incorrect shipments and ensure timely processing of new or modified orders.
- Upload sales orders into 3PL systems and oversee order accuracy, status updates, and special 3PL projects.
- Troubleshoot order discrepancies and follow up on items that fall out of queue.
- Maintain and update operational reports and KPIs using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support cross‑functional communication to keep planners, fulfillment, and 3PL partners aligned on order status and requirements.
- Assist with general operations tasks related to order flow, fulfillment accuracy, and process consistency.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
