The Mission: Your Role
While our Growth team hunts for new opportunities, you are the engine that powers our sustainable success.
We are looking for a commercially minded relationship builder who combines the empathy of an account manager with the sharpness of a data analyst. Your mission is to take our signed partners and turn them into long-term success stories. You will ensure their events look world-class on our platform, their tickets are selling, and their business is growing with us.
What Youll Own & Conquer
1. Strategic Portfolio Management (The Relationship) You are the primary owner of the commercial relationship post-signature. You move beyond "support" to become a trusted advisor.
Build and maintain deep, high-trust relationships with key stakeholders at event organizations.
Act as the "Voice of the Partner" within Movetix, ensuring their needs are understood while balancing Movetix’s commercial goals.
Identifying "at-risk" partners early and implementing strategies to secure their loyalty.
2. Account Growth Strategy (The Upsell) You dont just manage what we have; you hunt for growth within existing accounts.
Develop tailored growth plans for key merchants. Identify opportunities to expand their inventory on our platform (e.g., securing additional seat allocations, adding new event dates, or onboarding their secondary events).
Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to negotiate exclusive perks or better margins based on sales performance.
Identify opportunities for partners to participate in broader AirAsia MOVE campaigns (e.g., "Mega Sale") to drive volume.
3. Sales Performance & Optimization (The Revenue) You are responsible for the commercial health of your portfolio.
Monitor daily and weekly sales velocity (GMV) for your partners.
Identify underperforming events immediately and work with the partner to fix them.
Champion your partners best inventory to the internal Marketing team to ensure they get the visibility they deserve.
4. Business Insights & Consultation (The Intelligence) You drive decisions with data, not just gut feeling.
Performance & BI: Own and maintain all key business performance dashboards (monitoring sales, revenue, margins, web conversion, google analytics and partner performance). You are the single source of truth for Movetix data.
You will present data on the sales trends, customer demographics, and conversion rates to prove Movetixs value.
Analyze category trends to advise partners on future planning.
Map the bookings of events with cross sell of flights & hotels
5. Platform Readiness & Operational Excellence (The Shop Window) You ensure the "last mile" of the customer experience is flawless.
Oversee the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring a seamless transition.
Manage the quality control of event listings. You ensure that every event page—from pricing to seating maps and copy—is optimized for conversion and reflects the premium Movetix brand.
Act as the operational bridge, coordinating with the central MOVE Product and Tech teams to resolve any listing or backend issues swiftly.

You are a "Farmer" with a "Hunters" spirit: You love nurturing relationships, but you are always looking for ways to grow the revenue pie.
Data doesnt scare you: You are comfortable pivoting between a friendly client call and a complex Excel spreadsheet to analyze sales margins.
You are hyper-organized: You can manage a portfolio of multiple partners and dozens of live events without dropping the ball on a single detail.
You have high EQ: You know how to navigate difficult conversations and maintain the partners trust.
You are solution-oriented: When a partner has a problem, you dont just forward the email—you find the fix.
Experience: You have a background in Account Management, Partner Success, or Commercial Operations (ideally in ticketing, e-commerce, OTAs, or SaaS).
