This is an opportunity for a professional with an active Secret clearance to join the Low Tier Air & Missile Defense Systems (LTAMDS) finance team within the LADS (Land & Air Defense Systems) Sub-Business Unit as a Program Business Manager supporting the LTAMDS Exportability Program and Other Classified Programs. LTAMDS is a highly strategic franchise with significant long-term domestic and international spanet potential, providing excellent growth opportunities within the portfolio and has high visibility. The ideal candidate will ensure they provide accurate and insightful management analysis with recommendations enabling the programs to execute according to our cost and schedule baseline, while maximizing financial objectives for the company and its shareholders. This position is uniquely able to give a wide sampling and vast exposure to potential assignments within Finance and Business ranging from Program Cost and Control, Proposals and Estimating, Financial Planning and Analysis, to Budgets and Planning.
This position is being offered in an onsite capacity determined by the needs of the business. This position will be expected to support Teams/Programs in the Eastern U.S. time zone and work onsite in Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.
What You Will Do:
Be the lead guiding multiple junior analysts in continued process improvement, reporting efficiencies and product quality
Meet critical deadlines while managing multiple conflicting priorities
Use strong analytical abilities to understand data quickly in order to make informed business decisions
Exhibit financial independence, possess high business acumen and exhibit robust analysis within the LTAMDS Radar Development programs portfolio
Interpret and ensure implementation of Raytheon Financial Policies and Procedures to program personnel as part of their daily/weekly communications
Lead the period-closing activities and facilitate the weekly/monthly cadence across portfolio for inputs, reviews, and on-time submittal of deliverables to LADS FP&A
Support accurate and timely analysis of financial performance, key metrics (Bookings, Sales, Earnings, Cash), elements of cost, and provide early identification and communication of issues impacting financial performance
Drive efficiencies through process improvement and grow FP&A best practices across LTAMDS Development
Provide support to LADS Development Balance Sheet, Overhead, and Investment activities including Capital projects, NBI spending, CFRs and ARs
Qualifications You Must Have:
Active and transferable U.S. government issued (Secret) security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 8 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years experience
Experience with financial systems (SAP, APEX, AO, ForProject) or similar processes
Experience with EVMs or similar system
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and lead teams to success
Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis concepts, related systems, and processes
Strong ability to self-manage / prioritize workload
Demonstrated ability to collect, synthesize, and distribute information through various lenses for decision making

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
