ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As a Manager Presales, you will support SITA commercial teams in achieving business objectives while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through consistent quality of service. Additionally, the role maintains financial health by conducting analysis, reporting, and implementing cost optimization initiatives.
You will be accountable for bringing together key roles from SITA Global Services (SGS) to create proposals that meet client needs while ensuring feasibility, financial soundness and long-term business as usual support. Through cross-team collaboration, the process covers opportunity qualification, bid strategy, proposal drafting, and post-submission support, including contract negotiations and transition to business as usual.
Reporting to the Customer Success Operation (CSO) Business Operations Manager, you will be a part of the Euro CSO Presales team, responsible for managing Bid support process from the operational and support side.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Presales
- Drive the proposal of SITA standard solutions to ensure consistent and long-term quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with clients for non-standard solutions to understand needs and provide tailored proposals in collaboration with Service Support Architects.
- Clearly identify and document risks and assumptions related to the identified solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate cost estimates and define contract schedules, including SLAs and support models. Actively support the negotiation of contractual terms with customers.
- Contribute to the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements, adhere to deadlines, and comply with legal and organizational standards.
- Track and analyze bid performance, conduct post-bid reviews, and maintain the bid support knowledge management database for continuous improvement.
Financial Management
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and optimize efficiency.
- Prepare financial reports and collaborate with stakeholders to align on risks, mitigation strategies, and business objectives.
Data Steward
- Monitor data quality, consistency, and compliance on an ongoing basis.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for data in their area, answering queries and guiding usage
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE: - 2-4 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or technical support roles, preferably in SaaS, IT, or service-based industries.
- 5-6+ years of experience in presales, proposal management, or bid management, particularly on IT operational and support area for industries involving complex or tailored solutions and airports industry.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing client proposals, conducting spanet research, and collaborating across teams to develop support solutions.
- Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.

- Align objectives and resources with the responsible manager.

Education and Professional Qualifications
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification, minimum at Foundation level is required.
- A Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Masterโs degree is a plus.
