Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing required.
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a Maintenance/Facilities.
- U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance.
- Understanding of maintenance concepts such as reactive, preventive, autonomous etc and how to drive that through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Sufficiently computer literate to manage team workload through the CMMS, as well as navigate and understand the inter-dependencies between different portions of the CMMS (e.g. assets, PMs, work-orders, spare parts etc).
- Motivated, self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks while keeping projects on time and under budget; able to deal with high paced and sometimes stressful task load.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Maintenance Connection
- GKN experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD programs
- Project management experience
- Computer skills such as MS Excel, Project and Word
- Ability to estimate labor and material cost for projects as well as timelines
